Glimra: A Convenient Way to Wash Your Car
Glimra is a free Android app developed by Arremon AB that allows you to easily wash your car using your mobile phone at one of their DIY car wash stations. The app provides a map view to help you find the nearest station. Once you arrive, you can manage the entire washing process from start to payment within the app. You can stop the wash at any time and only pay for what you have used.
To use the Glimra app, you need to download it and register. You can add any type of credit card to pay for the service. Once you have found the nearest station, you can select the wash start button, choose your wash bay, and even set a maximum amount to be charged before starting the wash. After the wash, you can stop it and view a receipt with information on usage and cost.
Glimra's car wash stations are environmentally friendly, and any waste products are handled in an eco-friendly way. The company regularly checks their stations to ensure they meet relevant environmental requirements.
Currently, Glimra's digital solution is available at some of their stations, but it will be rolled out to all stations by the end of 2019.
